Spinning Mad 2

15 minutes Spinning.. in two days time, 30... slow build up, lasting discipline and no injuries.

This is the plan.

Comments:
Go ML hang in there - go with the spinning and the running will follow after you improve your fitness.

Starting up is always the most difficult thing to do.

Try to get out there to run - I don't want to have to be kicking you out of the door at 5am on a frosty morning over the coming months :-) j-flag!
